Based on Long Island and serving the greater Tri-State area, SJS has served clients in the planning, construction, and maintenance of facilities in the commercial, industrial, and institutional spaces. With a dedicated in-house team of technicians and skilled trade workers, and a team of construction management specialists and contractors, SJS is ready to step in at any phase of construction or at any stage of a building’s life cycle. Construction Management, General Contracting, and Building Services
SJS Construction has assembled a team that can nearly do it all: project managers, estimators, schedulers, craftsmen, and more. Setting SJS apart from other construction management companies is the ability to perform a good deal of the skilled trade work using its own in-house staff, a significant source of time and money savings for the client. Clients can even communicate directly with field tradesmen through Pro Core software if they wish to give specific input on certain aspects of a project.
If you already have a design, or if you’re just starting to come up with a plan, SJS Construction is here to assist and offer guidance and insight at every step of the process. And after construction is complete, SJS can remain on standby to provide emergency repairs and routine maintenance through its Building Services division. When you work with SJS Construction, you don’t need to work with anyone else.
